Jewellery items may be sharp and could be harmful if swallowed so please take care to keep items out of reach of children and pets.

The prices of our items are listed in Sterling (GBP) and they are exclusive of VAT.

We reserve the right to change our prices with immediate effect and without prior notice.

Our goods are sold and shipped from the UK and you may be charged additional sales tax and import duty tax, depending on the country your order is delivered to. You will not be charged VAT.

Additional charges and delivery costs for each order will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Orders

You can order from our website or via telephone.

Orders shall be delivered to the delivery address stated in the order form. The billing address and delivery address must be in the same country. If this is not possible then please contact Customer Care.

We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and aim to do so between 2–5 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may have the right to cancel your order.

Before you place an order with us, you will be provided with the expected delivery details and you will receive an email confirmation of this after your order is placed. We do not accept orders where a receipt of a delivery by a fixed deadline is specified.

All efforts will be made to deliver goods in one shipment although if necessary, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries at an additional cost to you. If you request a partial delivery then you will bear the additional costs.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If dispatch of an order is delayed by an event outside of our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimise the effect on the delay. If there is a risk of a substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any jewellery you have paid for but not received.

If your package is damaged on arrival, we advise you to make a note of this when signing for it. If your order does not arrive by the stated date, please contact Customer Care.

We accept the following payment methods: VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, American Express . There are no additional charges for payments made by credit card. You may also place an order via telephone by calling Customer Care.

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment types with immediate effect and without prior notice.

Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

If a product is faulty or misdescribed you have a right to a refund, or in some circumstances for the jewellery to be repaired or replaced.

In any event, you may cancel or return your order from the date you place it until 14 days after you have received the order. If you decide to cancel then please contact Customer Care.

You must return cancelled orders to us at your own cost within 14 days of informing us that you wish to cancel. We recommend using a tracked and insured method of delivery to return goods to us so that if the order is lost in transit, you can claim compensation from the shipping provider.

If you return goods to us, you must return them in the same condition as they were upon your receipt. They must not be faulty or damaged and all packaging, labels and tags must be intact. If you do not, we may reduce your refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the goods.

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears can not be returned.

If you have been charged for the order then we will process a refund upon receipt of the goods (in a satisfactory condition) using the payment method used to purchase the items. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the cancelled order.

If a product is faulty, or you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact Customer Care. If you contact us within 30 days of receipt of the jewellery, and the goods are faulty, you will receive a refund. If you make contact after 30 days, but before six months has passed, we may repair or replace the goods or make you a refund. If the fault is reported after six months, we will review a request for a partial refund on a case by case basis.

You must return the products (as above) but if the jewellery is found to be faulty or misdescribed we will also refund the costs of return. The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
